How long does it take to complete an order?
Most orders are completed within 5 to 7 business days, and often sooner depending on the product.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We prefer physical addresses for courier delivery. If a PO Box is your only option, please contact us.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on unused, unopened products within 10 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I return a product if it’s been opened?
No. Once a product has been opened, we’re unable to accept returns for hygiene reasons.
What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us with a description and photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
